Organizer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This contest (&#8220;Contest&#8221;) is organized by Ritchie Bros. B.V. and Ritchie Bros. UK Ltd.&nbsp;(&#8220;Organizer&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open to residents of Europe and the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Entry Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To enter, participants must follow Organizer\u2019s instruction per the video of&nbsp;Nina de Haas&nbsp;(Like, share and respond in the comments with a horse emoji).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only entries submitted before Sunday 5<sup>th<\/sup> October 12pm will be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple entries are not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Prize<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The prize consists of a trip to one of the largest equestrian sports events in the Netherlands, \u2018Military Boekelo\u2019 in Enschede, NL (Landsteinerlaan 45, 7548 AL) on Saturday&nbsp;11<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;October 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prize package entitles 1 winner to 2 x VIP tickets available per prize draw, one prize draw for UK participants and one prize draw for EU participants&nbsp;. Tickets are for the \u2018Cross Country Day\u2019 on the 11<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;October 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.military-boekelo.nl\/EN\/Home.aspx\">https:\/\/www.military-boekelo.nl\/EN\/Home.aspx<\/a>) with ferry costs included for one passenger vehicle, or low cost airline economy class tickets for 2 people, or 2<sup>nd<\/sup> class Eurostar for 2 people for the UK prize draw! &#8211; whichever is the preference of the winner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your 2 x VIP tickets include: Parking ticket for 1 vehicle, Entry tickets to the event with access to the Red Barn VIP area at the main arena. Food and drink included for the entire day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Winner Selection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The winner will be announced on Monday 6<sup>th<\/sup> October via Ritchie Bros social platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The winner must respond within 24hrs of notification. If not, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Travel Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, such as passports, if required and travel bookings and costs (except for the UK prize draw where the travel cost is included for either one passenger vehicle on a ferry, or low cost airline economy class tickets for 2 people, or 2nd\u00a0class Eurostar for 2 people).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize (e.g., meals, insurance, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer is not responsible for any costs associated with delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Publicity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating, entrants agree that the Organizer may use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Organizer\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
