Danny Strayer

Since joining Ritchie Bros. in 2016, Danny, with 17 years of oil and gas experience, has built strong customer relationships over the past 8 years. Starting as an Industrial TM in the East Peace Region, he now resides in the Grande Prairie area and oversees Southern Alberta and British Columbia real estate. Meet Chad Smith, Territory Manager for central and northern Saskatchewan in our Real Estate division. With over 16 years of experience in Western Canada’s real estate sector, Chad brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Starting his career at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate in Calgary, Chad excelled in both office and retail teams, earning a respected reputation for his negotiation skills and strong connections. Derek Mason

Derek Mason, Territory Manager for Southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba, started his real estate career in Calgary in 2011, focusing on purchasing and renovating properties.
