Well what they do not tell people until you have signed everything is that if you want to make extra payments they will not allow it even after they said they do, My spouse found out when he wanted to put an extra $2000.00 down on a loan , they said we do not do that. Yet the person who set it up said they do when we applied and got the loan except if you pay it off right away then there is a charge which is understandable but he said it would not affect putting extra money down . Now their tune changes , more of a scam artist loan company taking advantage of today’s rates and people situation then proper business ethics. Next time I go to Bridge lake maybe I will stop by Ritchie Brother’s mansion and have a chat with them, seems they are almost neighbors no the lake we have had our cabin for over 45 years . I am trying to convince my spouse to go to the media on the way this place is so shady ! Would i get another loan from these crook not on you life , I have now learned , and will be google reviewing them as well .
