What’s staying the same

While the platform is new, everything that matters most to your bidding workflow remains unchanged. Here’s what you can count on:

• Your credentials — log in exactly as you do today, no new account needed
• Your links — existing Sale Day links redirect automatically to the new experience
• Asset detail pages and bidding workflows — same process, same functionality
• Auction rules, timing, and fees — nothing has changed operationally

One thing to note: If you navigate outside the IronPlanet Sale Day experience to bid on an item on rbauction.com, you’ll be prompted to sign in with your Ritchie Bros. account credentials. Single sign-on is not currently available between the two experiences.
