The new Ritchie Bros. app is easier than ever

We’re rolling out a major update to the Ritchie Bros. app built around the features you’ve been asking for most: in-app bidding, smarter search, and a single place to track everything you care about. Here’s what’s new. 

Bid directly in the app — no browser needed 

No more getting redirected to a browser. You can now place bids straight from search results, a listing page, or My RB. 

And when it’s go-time, Bid Focus Mode keeps you in it — swipe to place a bid, see instantly whether you’re winning or outbid, and jump right back into the action without losing your place. 

Follow the auction in real time 

With the new Live Auctions view, you can follow closing lots as they happen and place a bid the moment it’s your turn, with one tap. 

Find what you’re looking for, faster 

Smart search suggestions and a revamped browsing experience put more inventory in view, so you spend less time scrolling and more time bidding. Save any search you like, and check My RB to see what’s new since the last time you looked.

Every listing now includes a revamped inspection report and a full photo library — everything you need to make the call, right at your fingertips. 

Everything in one place 

My RB brings your bids, your watchlist, and your saved searches together in a single tab, synced whether you’re on web or in the app. You can also review your bidding limit right in the app when you’re ready to go bigger.
