40+ Canadian properties selling in March 29 real estate event

All farmland, residential acreage, and commercial properties to be sold by unreserved auction

On Wednesday, March 29, we will conduct our first real estate event of the year, selling 40+ Canadian properties via unreserved auction.

Here are highlights from the upcoming auction:

Barker Homestead – Calgary, AB

The Barker Homestead, which has been in the family since the 1900s, includes two parcels of real estate, totaling approximately 100 acres. With Calgary quickly expanding its city limits, this is one of the last locations along Stoney Trail for development and a prime location for commercial, residential, and industrial use. Parcel One is 1.88± titles acres with a 1,284± sq ft house, a Quonset, and storage shack. Parcel Two is 98.03± acres of land with an 830± sq ft home, barn, corrals, and covered shelter.

470+ acres of farmland – Saskatoon, SK

Positioned in the RM of Corman Park, at the junction of highway 684 and Whelan Road, approximately 1 km West and 1.6 km North of the Saskatoon city limits, lies three quarter sections of prime agricultural land with incredible potential for future development. Parcel One is 155.59± title acres; Parcel Two is 158.91± title acres; and Parcel Three is 159.94± title acres. All three properties offer a rare opportunity to find prime land near the city of Saskatoon.

800+ acres of farmland – Tribune, SK

These five parcels of farmland, totaling more than 800.49± title acres, have been in the Kyrylchuk Family for more than 60 years. Parcel One is 161.1± title acres; Parcel Two is 160.94± title acres; Parcel Three is 160.83± title acres; Parcel Four is 160.57± title acres; and Parcel Five is 157.05± title acres.

Holeshot Manufacturing – Sundre, AB

This 4.74± title acre commercial property includes a 1,600-ft² office and three shops, totaling approximately 13,200 ft². The shops include multiple overhead cranes, kitchenette, washrooms, and more. The property, located at 5423 Twp Rd 325B in Mountain View County, also includes a 40 ft x 80 ft covered sandblast pit with sand storage.

Wyatt Ranch – Weldon, SK

This 161.17± title acre property includes a 1,753± sq ft home; 139± cultivated acres of Class B soil; a recently built 2,000± sq ft shop and a 3,200 sq ft band that was built just last year.
