The Pennsylvania-based company was a leading provider of highway, construction, oil and gas, mining, quarry and industrial material handling equipment for over 90 years until beginning to close operations in September 2024.

This dispersal features an impressive variety of over 2,500 assets, including yellow iron, attachments, compaction equipment, aggregate crushing machinery, and hundreds of other essential support items. This is an incredible opportunity to bid on and secure machinery suited to a wide range of industries and applications.

Equipment for this sale is being housed at four locations – one in Maryland, one in Pennsylvania, and two in North Carolina – where interested buyers can come by and inspect assets prior to bidding. These four locations are open for buyer inspections from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday:
