The company takes great pride in the work they have done for their customers, and how well their equipment has been well maintained over the years. Their head mechanic, who has been with the company for 30+ years and is also a shareholder in the company, ensured the equipment was inspected daily
and maintained regularly. Even the supervisors and foremen in charge of the equipment at jobs sites are shareholders and have had a vested interest in keeping the equipment in tip-top shape.
