At Ritchie Bros. we try to provide our customers all the info they need to make confident buying decisions.
Most of our customers start their buying experience online, searching for items and narrowing down which piece is right for their business. To help, Ritchie Bros. has long provided detailed equipment information, with dozens of high-resolution photos so you can zoom in to inspect items virtually. This year, we are going further, with 360-degree videos for many of the items we sell.
“Buyers have shown us repeatedly that large quantities of high-resolution photos increase their confidence in the equipment they are buying,” said Matt Ackley, Chief Marketing Officer. “With 360-degree videos we offer a better way to analyze equipment, with complete coverage of the exterior, panoramic views of the undercarriage and interior cabin, and high-resolution photos of key equipment features.”
